Boutique Supervisor

We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic, reliable and energetic Boutique Supervisor to work with us at our new venture in Castletroy Limerick.

If you have a proven track record in supervising a high performing team to provide the best possible shopping experience and customer service, then we would love to hear from you.

The ideal candidate will be a highly capable leader who will confidentially coach the team to provide a very personal shopping experience.

Prior experience with a leading brand or luxury retailer is preferred. If you are currently in a supervisory role and looking for a fresh challenge, then this could be the opportunity for you. We are looking for people who demonstrate the ability to apply our company beliefs of exceptional personal service, the importance of believing in a quality driven product and a passion for delivering the best customer service.

Responsibilities

  • The Supervisor is responsible for the stores overall commercial success. You will be responsible for managing a team of Sales consultants and reporting to the business manager.
  • Day to day, you will be supporting, coaching and motivating the in-store team to achieve the stores targets, identifying and maximising on opportunities, whilst setting the example in exemplary customer service.
  • They will be expected to have a strong retail floor presence so enjoying this environment is vital, building rapport with our customers and sharing in our vision to go beyond the customers’ expectations.

 

An ideal candidate will have:

A strong background in fashion retail, ideally from a luxury background.

Must be exceptionally presented, confident, and have a warm personality in order to establish rapport with customers & your team.

Have excellent communication skills.

Believe in our ethos of investing in quality products that will stand the test of time and season.

Experience operating social media in a retail environment.

Proficient in the use of a desktop including Microsoft and WordPress.

Sales Advisor

We are currently looking to recruit vibrant, passionate individuals into the role of Sales Advisor. Our Sales Advisors should have excellent product knowledge, provide outstanding customer service, and above all else are passionate about retail.

The ideal Candidates will have:

A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a customer facing role in a luxury retail environment.

Have exceptional customer service and a warm personality to build a rapport with customers.

Believe in our ethos of investing in quality products that will stand the test of time and season.

Be exceptionally presented.

Have a keen eye for visual merchandising.
