Ocean long dress is a maxi dress with long sleeves. It has a round neckline and effects on both shoulders. The sleeves are wide, but sit at the wrist where they close with a hidden zipper.
The dress is normal in size, but is oversized. If you swing between two sizes, you can advantageously take the smallest.
