1. Curation & Acceptance

  • Selection: All items are accepted at the sole discretion of Ivory Lane. We focus on past-season “Signature” pieces that reflect our brand aesthetic.
  • Condition: Items must be in pristine, “as new” condition. They must be professionally dry-cleaned, free from odors, stains, pulls, or alterations.
  • Authenticity: We only accept authentic designer pieces, from Brands that we have stocked in Occasion wear Previously namely  Kameya, Exquise, Access fashion, Nissa and Atom Label. Ivory Lane reserves the right to reject any item that does not meet our quality or authenticity standards.

2. The Consignment Process

  • The Drop-Off: No appointment necessary. You are welcome to drop your items at the boutique during our regular opening hours.
  • Curatorial Review: To maintain the Ivory Lane standard, all items are left with us for a professional evaluation by our Encore Specialist. This process typically takes 2-3 business days.
  • Notification: Once your items have been appraised, we will contact you via Phone/Email to confirm which pieces have been accepted and the value of the Instant Store Credit we have issued to your account.
  • Collection of Non-Accepted Items: Should any items not be a fit for the current Encore collection, or you are not in agreement with the value of the credit we will kindly ask you to collect them within 7 days of notification.
  • Pricing: Ivory Lane will set the resale price based on the item’s condition, original RRP, and current market demand
  • Store Credit Value: Will Be set by Ivory lane after evaluation of each piece

  • 3. Store Credit & Payment
  • The Reward: Upon the successful agreement , the consignor will receive their reward in the form of Ivory Lane Store Credit.
  • Credit Validity: Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. It is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can only be redeemed against Occasion wear instore
  • Usage: Store credit can be used toward any full-price or Pre loved Occasion wear items in-store .

4. Liability & Insurance

  • Care: While Ivory Lane will take the utmost care of your garments while in our possession, all items are left at the owner’s risk.
  • Loss/Damage: Ivory Lane is not responsible for accidental damage, wear and tear from fittings, or loss due to fire or theft.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Final Sale: Due to the unique nature of the Encore collection, all pre-loved purchases are Final Sale. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on Encore pieces. Customers are encouraged to inspect items thoroughly before purchase.
