Ivory Lane Loyalty Program – Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction
By joining the Ivory Lane Loyalty Program (the "Program"), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with them, please don't take part in the Program.

2. Eligibility
The Program is open to customers aged 18 or over with an Ivory Lane account. It is void where prohibited by law.

3. Earning points

• Sign up: 50 points, once per customer.
• Place an order: 1 point for every €1 spent.
• Birthday: 100 points, once per year.

You can earn points on purchases online and in store at our Castletroy and Oranmore boutiques.

Points are credited to your account after your order is processed. Points are not earned on gift card purchases or on the value of any discount applied.

4. Redeeming points

• Discount codes are valid for 6 months from the date you redeem them.
• Each code is single use.
• Codes can't be exchanged for cash.
• All three rewards (€5, €10 and €20 off) can be redeemed online and in store at our Castletroy and Oranmore boutiques, subject to the points and minimum order requirements above.

5. Points expiry
Points expire after 12 months without activity.

6. Returns, refunds and cancellations
If an order is returned, cancelled, or refunded in full or in part, the points earned from it may be removed. For partial refunds, the points removed are proportional to the amount refunded. If your balance is too low to cover the removal, it may go to zero

7. Non-transferability
Points and reward codes are personal to your account. They can't be sold, transferred, or exchanged for cash.

8. Fraud and misuse
We may adjust or remove points, void codes, or close accounts if we suspect fraud. Examples include duplicate accounts or abuse of offers.

9. Changes to the Program
We may change, pause, or end the Program, including earning rates, rewards, and these Terms, at any time. We will communicate significant changes through our website or by email.

10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Ivory Lane isn't liable for errors in awarding or calculating points. This doesn't affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
